Timehouse has been part of a large-scale project to renew the digital arm of the Helsinki Chamber of Commerce. As well as renewing the website and digital media platforms like KauppakamariNyt, Timehouse was involved in renewing the training and informational KauppakamariTieto environments too. The new website is modern, fresh, user-friendly and easy to navigate and use.
The chamber of commerce is duty-bound to keep all its members and partner organisations updated on all the latest news affecting the business community, as well as helping them face the future and make the most of the latest business trends.
The digital customer experience was vastly improved by improving the visual design of the website, as well as redesigning the user interface to make it clearer and more coherent. The new pages are modern, fresh, user-friendly and easy to navigate and use.
The new digital environment has everything that a user might need — the latest news, exclusive publications, events, commercial information, training materials, and diverse member services.
Modern and sleek digital services are a vital membership and partnership benefit.
“Almost all our member services have some sort of digital element. Going digital means being able to bring our services to our customers in a whole new way,” explains Head of IT, Max Moiseev.
The KauppakamariTieto web environment is built on the Time 3.0 content management system. The environment is fully integrated with the chamber of commerce ecommerce and CRM systems. Timehouse also developed the secure single sign-on technology for the web environment.
Alongside Timehouse, this digitisation project was brought to life by marketing agency Staart Oy and Vincit Oyj.
